With a passion for developing and breaking artists Caroline paved her way from Editor at GRM Daily and working on the management team for J Hus, to A&R Manager at XL Recordings where she helped piece together multiple projects including NEW GEN, and Nines debut and sophomore albums One Foot Out and Crop Circle, which successfully shifted the rapper from underground to mainstream name.

Caroline now works at WME, where she is a Strategy Agent working across a range of music and entrepreneurial talent including Emma Grede, Black Coffee, Dave, Kano, J Hus, Coi Leray, PinkPatheress, Melissa’s Wardrobe, Michael Dapaah, Meek Mill, Oloni, Akala, Julie Adenuga and more. The strategy role involves identifying and growing new areas of business for her clients across various sectors of the WME and Endeavor businesses; from tv and film, to talent ventures, books, podcasts, and philanthropic work. In 2020 Caroline was named on Forbes Entertainment 30 under 30 list.
